We are seeking **reliable**, experienced **ROLL-FORMER operators **/ Production workers to be an essential part of our **DAY shift** (8:00am-4:30pm) team. This role will manufacture and pack CSM products for shipping as scheduled, move materials between areas and departments and efficiently perform their work in accordance with established procedures, following all safety protocols and workplace policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manufacture standard CSM products in a safe, efficient, quality minded manner.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and effective manner; change over, and preventative maintenance procedure.
- Setup machinery for optimal quality performance.
- Participation in the development of tools, shop aids and procedures to complete simple to complex projects.
- Able to provide recommendations in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of customer/product issues.
- Help and aid other team members.
- Build trust within the team and a sense of community.
- Propose ideas and continually improve processes.

**Competencies and Qualifications**
- 1-2 years' experience operating either roll-forming, drill / punch press machines (or multiple).
- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures.
- Ability to read and understand machine manuals, SOP’s, metric tape and blueprints.
- Basic computer skills / knowledge.
- Working knowledge of safe packing methods.
- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- A strong command of the English language (read, write, speak) with respect to understanding and following all verbal and written instructions.
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
- Attention to detail and a critical eye for identifying defects.
- Well organized, proactive and positive approach in the work place.

**Working Conditions**
- Walk and stand for long periods.
- Must be able to use abdominal and lower back muscles to lift, push, pull or carry objects, of up to 50 lbs for 50 feet, unassisted.
