**Job Title: MACHINE OPERATOR**

**Reports to**: Production Manager

**Location**:Church Ave., Winnipeg, MB

**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in our die-cutting & foiling process to ensure high-quality output and efficient production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate finishing equipment such as Heidelberg Cylinders and Windmills, Clamshell die-cutters, fold and gluer, and foil machines in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform machine setups and adjustments to meet job specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections of printed materials for defects and deviations from specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Record production data, such as quantities produced, materials used, and quality checks, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including regular machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in printing machine operation is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic math and computer skills for data entry and machine operation.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

- Weekends as needed

- Winnipeg, MB R2X 1G4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Machine Operator: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
