**Compensation**: $94,000.00 - $162,000.00 annually with an additional completion bonus of $35,000.00.

As the Multi-Family Sales Associate, you’ll represent a truly unique offering—luxurious, sustainably designed concrete buildings featuring Jayman’s highest level of finishings. Located in a vibrant community surrounded by premier shopping, dining, entertainment, inspiring parks, and stunning natural scenery, this role provides an exceptional platform for success. With Jayman’s reputation as a 26-time Builder of the Year in Alberta, you’ll be positioned to thrive in an environment where quality, location, and lifestyle converge. **Sales centre is already open. Show homes to open at Magna mid-October. Possessions beginning Spring 2026.**

**A Day-in-the-Life of the Sales Associate at Magna**:

- You are meeting, greeting and demonstrating to customers the Magna opportunity.
- You are assisting the Area Sales Manager in one of the finest, technologically advanced sales centres created specifically for this project.
- You and your Area Sales Manager will work with customers to identify their needs and wants in a one-of -a-kind project.
- You and your team will showcase the highest level of finishings, the maintenance-free lifestyle, sustainable luxurious design and amenities of Magna and the community.
- Assisting to manage the customer relationship through the sale, selections and building process.
- You and your team will respond to customer concerns same-day/next day while fostering and creating the customer experience Jayman is known for.
- Assisting your Area Sales Manager complete the Purchase Agreements and related documents professionally and accurately, ensuring the customer understands the details contained in all documents.

**What You Bring to This Project**:

- 1-2 years of sales or customer facing experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic, team player and an ability to handle stress appropriately.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong technical and administrative computer acumen including Microsoft Office products, CRM, awareness of touchscreen technology and use of technology in the sales environment.
- Ability to manage a full-time schedule including weekday, evening and weekend hours.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to interact professionally with potential customers.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
