**Falco Electrical Systems Ltd. is currently looking for a self-motivated and experienced Commercial Small Project Foreman to join our growing team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Instruction of journeyman and or apprentices.
- Plan, organize, direct, and control daily operations including completion of work scope, ensuring the use of company OHS policies and procedures.
- Close coordination and communication with estimating and project management team.
- Day to day manpower and equipment coordination and reconciliation.
- Organizing, ordering, and reconciliation of all materials.
- QA/QC testing and documentation.
- Strong understanding of Commercial Fire Alarm Systems.
- Installation of a wide variety of electrical and control equipment.
- Understanding of Arc Flash and Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
- Testing and measurement with multi-meters, meggers, etc.

Qualifications:

- Red-Seal Journeyman Certificate.
- Wide-ranging familiarity of current Canadian Electrical Code.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schematics, and control diagrams.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage small projects.
- Highly organized, detail orientated, and an ability to multi-task.

- Microsoft 365; outlook, excel, word (required)
- Bluebeam Revu (asset)

- WHMIS (required)
- CSTS 2020 (required)
- MEWP (asset)
- Fall Protection (asset)
- First Aid (asset)
