We provide and source the highest quality cannabis products from the most
established and well-known brands, while also sourcing unique and smaller
producers to satisfy the needs of an enthusiast to a connoisseur.

**The Position**:
We are looking for responsible and trustworthy individuals who are able to work flexible hours, Friday through Sunday. Applicants must be passionate about the cannabis industry and want to be part of a team committed to reducing the stigma and exemplifying the modern cannabis landscape.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Keyholder holds a key role within our
organization. As the Keyholder you must develop, cultivate and foster relationships with our customers, advising and educating on suitable cannabis products. Keyholders must exude a professional, positive and welcoming attitude at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 19 years old
- CannSell certification required
- Criminal Background check required
- Ability to consistently work nights and weekends
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a retail setting
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and responsibility, adhering to all AGCO regulatory requirements and company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passionate about the cannabis industry with a desire to learn
- Ability to develop meaningful connections through creating relationships in the community with customers and peers based on a foundation of trust and teamwork
- Must be flexible with hours and comfortable with change in a fast paced industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and educate customers while building enduring and long lasting relationships
- Drive sales through education and product knowledge
- Continue to increase your level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go above and beyond expectations
- Be mindful of sales objectives and business matters
- Ensuring the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times
- Effectively utilize a cannabis compliant POS sysme and cash register and be able to troubleshoot
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager
- Assist with inventory audits
- Help recieve and merchandise product
- Abide by all company policies and procedures
- Assits in the opening and closing of the store
- Closes out the register and communicates any shortages or overages to the Manager or Assisant Manager
- Support the maintenance and orgaization of the Vault and Dispensary

**Job Type & Salary**:

- Part-time, permanent
- Starting at $16-18 per hour
