Position: Customer Service Representative

What this role looks like:
While you'll certainly interact with animals, most of your day is about people — the pet owners who love them. You'll be the first friendly face clients see when they walk through our doors, the calm voice on the phone when their pet is unwell, and the person guiding them through both routine visits and tougher conversations. You'll also support the medical team by holding patients for exams, preparing instruments, taking notes, managing invoices, and keeping records organized. It's a role that blends client service with behind-the-scenes hospital support, and it requires empathy, focus, and flexibility.
Who we're hoping to meet:
- You're warm, approachable, and great with people
- You like variety and don't mind switching gears quickly if needed
- You're detail-oriented (because accuracy matters for patients and clients).
- You work well with a team but can also take initiative when needed.
- Experience in a clinic or working with animals is a bonus, but not a necessity.
