**Job Duties**
- Interacting with customers to take orders, answer queries, and update them on order status
- Enter customer orders through the website
- Ensure customers have a great experience

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- University Degree or College Diploma an asset
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Demonstrates competence in leadership, communication, professionalism, organizational and analytical skills, and technical/professional skills and knowledge in performance of duties and responsibilities.
- Development and maintenance of effective relationships with administrative staff, and the public.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and verbally.
- Ability to remain calm and poised in urgent situations.
- Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving and decision-making.
- Ability to set priorities.
- Conducts and presents self in professional manner
- Respects the beliefs, culture and ethnic heritage of others
- Adheres to organization's security and confidentiality policies

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
