**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management**: Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of products.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company guidelines. Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
- **Equipment Operation**: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues.
- **Warehouse Maintenance**: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on products and materials. Report any discrepancies or damage to supervisors and assist in resolving issues.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Communicate effectively to address and resolve any operational challenges.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities. Complete necessary paperwork and reports as required.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment. Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment is preferred.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and technology. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations. Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures. Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
