**About the Role**:
Hoppy Maids is looking for **experienced, reliable, and detail-focused independent cleaners** to join our team for **commercial** and **post-renovation cleaning** work. If you're a solo cleaner or have a team, we offer steady contract jobs, flexible hours, and fast payouts.

Jobs vary from **after-hours commercial cleans** to **full-day or overnight post-construction cleanups**, so availability for **evening or night shifts** is a big plus.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Commercial office cleaning (mostly after-hours)
- Post-renovation & construction site cleanups (dust removal, debris pickup, detailed scrubbing)
- Deep cleaning, floor care, and sanitation
- Work solo or in a team depending on the job size
- Follow cleaning checklists and safety protocols
- Wear required safety gear and use proper tools

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year experience in commercial or construction cleaning
- Your own cleaning supplies & tools (preferred)
- WSIB or liability insurance (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Hard-toe boots & safety gear for construction sites
- Black clothing/uniform for office cleans
- Able to lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended hours
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Able to pass a background check
