Muskoka Cabinet Company is hiring a Full-time the Truck Driver/Delivery Associate who will be responsible to ensure timely and efficient delivery of cabinets to customers, maintaining a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. They strive to coordinate logistics, manage delivery schedules, and oversee installation processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers.

**The Role**
- This is a vacant position
- $25-30- base salary depending on experience.
- Health benefit program after successful completion of the 6 months probationary period.
- Paid sick days available after a 6-month probation period.
- On-site training for this position.
- Start date - ASAP.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Timely and accurate loading of skids into delivery vehicles at Muskoka's warehouse facility.
- Ensure proper handling and securing of skids to prevent damage during transit.
- Delivery of skids to residential and High-Rise job sites in the Ottawa area according to schedule.
- Adherence to all traffic laws and safe driving practices during transportation (When required to drive).
- Careful unloading and placement of cabinetry in specified locations within the houses, following delivery instructions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail to prevent damage to property and maintain the integrity of the delivered items.
- Daily receiving of all deliveries to the warehouse, ensuring completeness and accuracy of received products.
- Recording of product movements into and out of the warehouse using appropriate inventory management systems or documentation.
- Regular maintenance of the warehouse, including organizing stock, outside materials, and overall cleanliness.
- Adherence to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.
- Clear and timely communication with supervisors, colleagues, and customers regarding delivery schedules, product specifications, and any issues or concerns.
- Collaboration with team members to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency in delivery processes.

Individuals with the following traits, skills and experiences should apply:

- General moving experience / warehouse operations.
- Experience with residential construction sites is considered an asset.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Capable of _**heavy lifting daily**_.
- Valid full class G Driver’s License with clean abstract (experience driving 5 ton trucks).
- Ability to communicate well in English.
