**Here’s where you’ll be focusing**:

- Assist in the coordination, development and update of the strategic plan as required (network planning)
- Evaluate, select, recommend and negotiate real estate (leasing or acquisition) to meet the capital plan
- Redevelopment of existing site including adding some CRU
- Negotiate documentation (lease, Sublease, PSA, affiliation agreement, Fuel supply agreement etc ) and assist in production of documents
- Assist in the completion of the capital appropriation request (CAR) to obtain approval of senior management
- Direct the engineering department on real estate matters before and during the construction period
- Direct corporate and external legal counsel in the preparation of the necessary documents
- Dispose vacancies of Properties according to opportunity or capital plan (Sales, lease and Sublease)
- Manage the authority requirements including municipal, MTQ, and ministry of environment.
- Provide ongoing support to operations for any new or replacement projects from beginning to end.
- Meet the developpers, municipal official and regulatory representatives prior to and during the development process and represent the company interest as project move throw.
- Recruitment of merchant from competitor NTS (new to shell)
- Participate on decision regarding ROFR

**What you have to offer**:

- 3-5 years of oil/Retail property sector experience.
- Proven team management skills.
- Post-secondary degree completion.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Effective negotiation abilities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong multitasking and adaptability.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail oriented with experience in analyzing legal documents and working with complex calculations
