**About Tyto Robotics**:Tyto Robotics designs and manufactures high-precision measurement and development tools for the drone and aerospace industries. Our product range includes measurement tools for drones and electric planes. We are expanding our team to provide enhanced technical support to our growing customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**: Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to Tyto’s measurement tools, and guiding customers through setup and integration.
- **Technical Training**: Develop, improve, and deliver training material to customers on using and maintaining Tyto Robotics products.
- **Testing and Calibration**: Assist in testing, calibrating, and validating new and existing products, ensuring accurate results for the customer.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain internal technical documentation, including manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to improve product design and usability.
- **Internal Support**: Provide technical assistance to the sales and R&D teams during pre-sales and product development phases.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical background, with a good understanding of measurement devices and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving for hardware and software systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language.
- Experience with tools like Odoo, Google Sheets, and Git is an asset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support or product support role.
- Knowledge of drones, aerospace components, or measurement tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis and automation is a plus.
- French knowledge is a plus
