Greenhills Country Club is a private multi-sport facility. We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to round out our team. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all many aspects of our operations including our restaurant, fine dining events, and celebrations.

**Tasks**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and club events ensuring exceptional service.
- Assist in the day-to-day functions of running a busy restaurant and dining areas
- Event Planning and running events
- Scheduling of staff
- Supervising a staff team of 20+ fostering a positive work environment and ongoing coaching and development opportunities
- To assist with all aspects of food and beverage in a restaurant setting
- Training and managing staff.
- Collaboration with the Executive Chef and other management to create menus that offer diverse options for our membership.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering and cost control - working closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Positive attitude to ensure a fantastic experience by each member and guest
- Managing gratuities for servers, kitchen staff, and pro shop employees.
- Balancing end-of-day sales and providing accurate reports to management.
- Handling member communications regarding club inquiries, food and beverage, etc.
- Managing reservations and monitoring event bookings.
- Assisting with menu creation and inventory management to ensure diverse options and cost control.
- Building positive relationships with members and guests to enhance their experience.

**Experience Required**:

- Management experience in a fine dining or golf course setting
- Knowledge of POS/computer systems an asset
- Country Club/Golf Course experience an asset
- Event execution and planning experience an essential

**Qualifications**:

- Smart Serve
- College or University Degree one of the following: Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Event Planning, Golf Course Management.

**Salary**:

- Two weeks paid vacation per calendar year to start
- $60,000 - $70,000 + Gratuities
