Job Summary
Do you enjoy troubleshooting applications and helping users work more efficiently? Tillbaka Solutions Inc. is looking for an Application Support Specialist to support internal and client-facing business applications in a professional, fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, clear communication, and building a long-term career in application and systems support. We offer a structured work environment, clear processes, and opportunities to grow within our technology and operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support for business applications
- Troubleshoot application issues and guide users through solutions
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets using a ticketing system
- Document incidents, resolutions, and known issues
- Assist with application updates, testing, and releases
- Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams
- Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status and resolutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in application support, IT support, or technical support roles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized with attention to detail
Experience supporting SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or internal business tools is an asset.
