Madison Greenhouse Event Venue is a premier location for weddings and events, known for its beautiful setting and exceptional service. We are searching for a dedicated Appointment Booking Specialist to proactively engage potential clients, with the primary goal of scheduling on-site venue tours.
Job Summary
The Appointment Booking Specialist will handle all inbound inquiries and conduct daily outbound calls to prospective clients. The main responsibility is to convert inquiries into booked appointments for site tours. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a focus on meeting daily call and appointment-setting targets.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Inbound and Outbound Call Handling
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, focusing on scheduling site tours.
- Meet daily call targets, making 20+ calls per hour to ensure a consistent flow of appointments.
2. Appointment Scheduling
- Guide prospective clients toward booking appointments by providing essential venue information and answering initial questions.
- Focus on understanding clients’ needs and scheduling appointments that align with their event dates and preferences.
3. Re-Engaging Past Inquiries
- Proactively reach out to leads in our database from previous months, encouraging them to schedule an appointment if they haven’t yet booked a venue.
4. Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of all call activities, appointment statuses, and outcomes.
- Provide daily updates on appointments scheduled, ensuring targets are consistently met.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a high-volume outbound calling role, sales, or appointment setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on engagement and relationship-building.
- Results-driven with a proven record of meeting call and appointment-setting targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for meeting weekly and monthly appointment targets.
