**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.- Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.- Provide service recommendations to customers including estimating costs.- Perform road tests of customer vehicles to assess customer concerns.- Ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards.- Strive to meet the department's repair order production standards.
- Other service related duties as required.

**What you need to succeed***:
- 1-3 years of service-related experience is an asset.- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Strong multitasking and computer skills..- Previous Acura/Honda Service Advisor experience is an asset.- Required to work on Saturday's
- ADP dealer software and CDK experience is a definite asset.

**This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings**

**Job Type**: Full Time - Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
