**Position: Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant**

As an Automotive Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car-buying and leasing process. You will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for our clients while promoting our diverse inventory of vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner // Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer's preferences and requirements // Provide product information, conduct test drives, and answer inquiries
**2. **Sales and Leasing: Present and promote vehicle options to customers based on their preferences and budget // Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements // Guide customers through the financing and leasing process
**3.** Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers // Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction // Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
**4. **Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, features, and industry developments // Continuously update knowledge about the vehicles in our inventory

**Qualifications**:
**1.** Previous experience in Automotive Sales or a related field is preferred
**2.** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**3. **Strong negotiation and sales abilities
**4.** Customer-focused with a positive attitude
**5. **Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
**6. **Valid Ontario Driver's License
