We are a long-standing, family-owned franchise dealership looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager and General Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing a new client base as well as maintaining existing client relationships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team representing one of our most decorated line-ups in recent history.

We offer a competitive salary, however this is a performance based role with an uncapped commission plan.

**APPLICANT MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN CANADA**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build customer rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
- Provide prudent advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Collaborate with the F&I Managers to identify products and services that could benefit the customer.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our model lineup and draw on that knowledge to effectively advise the customer through the buying process.
- Maintain a working knowledge of manufacturer programs and incentives.
- Complete training modules as assigned
- Work within established OMVIC guidelines, company policy, procedures and government regulations.

**Qualifications Required**:

- 1-3 Years of Automotive Sales experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Possess a valid OMVIC license or be willing to acquire one.
- A customer friendly and engaging personality.
- Demonstrated proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide a clean driving abstract, and have the ability to operate a manual transmission.
- A drive to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
- Self-starter with an ambitious spirit preferred.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
