**Position Summary**:
John Bear Auto Group is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual that has a passion for customer service to work in our Business Development Centre as a **Business Development Representative (Sales)**. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact and representative for our dealer in Hamilton. This role acts as the connection between the customer and the sales department, taking charge of inbound business opportunities and promoting conversions into qualified appointments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service when dealing with customers
- Assist customers during their navigation on the website
- Respond to online chat with customers surfing on the company’s website
- Provide information on and actively promote motor vehicles or promotions
- Perform outbound call campaigns as required
- Offer information to clients on new and used vehicles with an end goal being to secure an appointment for the sale
- Enter the results of each communication into the CRM software and perform necessary follow-ups
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Continue to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading manufacturers' publications
- Stay up to date on dealer and dealership promotions
- Handle customer complaints immediately
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of successful Business Development Centre (BDC) experience
- Strong sales experience
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Highly effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills in order to work with customers and colleagues
- Skilled at providing an exceptional customer experience
- Understanding of service department operations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record for setting and achieving performance goals
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft and Outlook
- Dealer related systems experience would be considered an asset (Dealermine, Reynolds and Reynolds and CRM)
- Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Team oriented and adaptable
- Professional work ethic, responsible, vested in dealership success

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$42,000.00 per year, plus monthly bonus opportunities.
