We’re looking for a passionate and outgoing person to help us achieve our goal of being the most trusted cannabis beverage brand in Canada. The Business Development Coordinator will act as the “glue” between Collective Project and our retailers across Canada. The best person for this job loves to build relationships, and is passionate about trailblazing in the cannabis industry. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand’s reach, identifying opportunities, and establishing collaborations with key stakeholders.

**A typical day in this role**:

- Responsible for the development of new accounts and/or generating new business from existing accounts
- Maintain and expand the current database of prospects within North America.
- Plan and execute a daily schedule of sales calls in a set call pattern (master route) focused on specific, value focused objectives
- Effectively planning daily, weekly or monthly/quarterly based goals and distribution objective
- Provide solutions that maintain customer satisfaction and follow established policies
- Assist with inventory management based on product ROS to maximize sales
- Assist with POS inventory management and distribution
- Assist with ad-hoc customer marketing projects
- Assist and work after hours/weekends as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong phone presence
- Data entry and attention to detail skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to adapt and overcome in the face of adversity
- Possesses outstanding time management and multi-tasking capability
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred
- Inside sales experience is an asset
- Commitment to building effective internal relationships with all stakeholders (Order Fulfillment, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Senior Management)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
