Are you a relationship-builder who loves connecting with people and creating new opportunities? We're looking for a **Business Development Coordinator** to help grow our home care agency by building partnerships, generating leads, and guiding families through the process of getting the care they need.

This is a **full-time position** offering a **base salary + uncapped commission**, ideal for someone who is motivated, compassionate, and driven by results.

**What You’ll Do**:
Identify and reach out to potential referral partners (hospitals, clinics, senior centers, etc.)

Attend community events, networking groups, and outreach activities Follow up with leads and families interested in home care services Educate potential clients and partners on the benefits of our care programs Track leads and progress using CRM and report on sales activity Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Meet monthly sales goals and support overall growth of the business

**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience in business development, sales, healthcare marketing, or related field

Knowledge of home care or healthcare industry is a plus Strong communication and people skills Self-starter with a go-getter attitude Reliable, organized, and results-focused Access to reliable transportation (for local travel as needed)
