**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated Tutor**(e.g. Chinese Tutor, Math Tutor, French Tutor, English Tutor.....)** to join our team and help students achieve their academic goals. If you are passionate about education and enjoy working with children, this role is perfect for you. **About Us** Superior Child is a company striving to provide the highest quality education available to students aged 3-16. We are keen on working and trying to explore the potential developments of students. "Potential development" and "multiple intelligence" are the concept of our school. We have six centers in our school which are Music Center, Dancing Center, Art Center, STEM Center, Sports Center, and Language Center. We provide a variety of classes for students to choose from. In here they can stay in one place and go through all the classes they want Our school is expanding now. And we are looking for outstanding individuals to join our faculty team. If you are passionate about teaching and love to see students learn and grow, then this is the right place for you **Requirements**: - Previous experience in tutoring or teaching. - Familiar with the school curriculum and examination standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. - Organizational skills to track students’ progress and manage multiple students if applicable. - Ability to inspire and motivate children. - Fluent English speakers or mandarin speakers - Ability to prepare children and refer them to competitions/exams. **Responsibilities Include** - Deliver personalized tutoring sessions based on students' academic needs. - Assist students in understanding difficult concepts, improving study habits, and preparing for exams. - Track and report students' progress to parents/guardians or school staff. - Develop lesson plans and adjust teaching strategies based on each student’s learning style. - Provide homework support and help students with test preparation. - Excellent communication skills - Flexible and creative teaching style - Responsible and punctuation - Team worker - Have an enthusiastic and warm approach with children. **We would like to thank all applicants for applying, however, only those considered for an interview will be contacted.
