**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of soups from scratch
- Create flavorful biscuits from scratch, ensuring they are baked to perfection and meet our quality standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate soup and biscuit offerings with the cafe's menu and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to develop new soup and biscuit recipes and improve existing ones.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen, specifically in soup and biscuit preparation.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for creating delicious and comforting dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
