**Job description**
As a branch of Two Sisters Vineyards, 11th post will be an extension to the excellence and dedication of elevated service, and commitment to unforgettable culinary experiences. We are searching for kitchen employees that are friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented restaurant environment.
11th Post on Queen is an upscale yet casual dining experience serving high quality dishes in a high-volume setting. We offer competitive wages and potential for benefits, along with full time and part time positions.
Line Cook Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare food items and present as per the chef’s directions
- Working in a clean and organized manor is an absolute must at all times, along with being safe and calm under pressure
- Must be able to read, write and follow verbal directions well
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be physically able to lift and transfer heavy and hot items, and stand for the majority of your shift
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn is a must to ensure kitchen culture stays at an all time high
Line Cook Qualifications and Skills:
- 3 years line cook experience is preferred
- Preference will be given to individuals who are certified or currently enrolled in culinary management, red seal or cook 1 and 2 from a recognized institution
- Food handler’s certificate is required prior to start date, or booked for testing at a later date
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
