London, Canada McCormick Care Group - McCormick Home Full time

**Summary of Position**
- Responsible for the overall provision and delivery of personal care to the residents in accordance with policies, procedures and routines established by the Home.

Scheduled available hours of work will be distributed on an equitable basis between PSWs. Part Time employees must work 2 weekends in a 4 week schedule and be available to accept call-ins.

**We are currently looking to fill 2 Temporary Permanent Part Time lines**:

- 10 shifts in a 2 week pay period. Hours are from 3:00pm-9:00pm._
- 7 shifts in a 2 week pay period. Hours are from 6:00am-2:00pm._

**Background/Qualifications**
- Certificate/diploma from an approved (PSW) Personal Support Worker program.
- Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) Certificate preferred.
- Recent experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation and/or Long Term Care preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability and willingness to work as an effective team member.
- Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrated commitment to relationship-centred care.
- Must be able to perform all duties utilizing the core Values of McCormick Care Group: Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence, and Collaboration.
- Must adhere to the McCormick Care Group COVID-19 Immunization Policy
