Recruitment Coordinator

**Position Summary**: Primarily responsible for the employment process for Vintage Hotels/Niagara’s Finest Hotels. The Recruitment Coordinator will also be responsible for participating in the planning and coordination of the Company Social Events, Company Newsletter/Social Media and to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for recruitment and selection practices for Vintage Hotels/Niagara’s Finest Hotels which includes:
- Creating and maintaining position descriptions up to date;
- Preparing, distributing, tracking and coordinating all internal job postings/vacancies;
- Forwarding position vacancies to Web Site Manager and posts jobs on other Internet recruiting sites;
- Coordinating and participating in internal and external career fairs;
- Coordinating and participating in all aspects of on-campus recruitment;
- Reviewing, tracking, logging, filing and distributing resumes and response letters such as regret letters;
**Technical/Managerial/Administrative Requirements**:
- Possesses good computer skills.
- Experience in computerized payroll and or HRIS system an asset.
**Professional Requirements**:
- College Degree, Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP) is an asset.
