Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems team. In this role, you will directly support the implementation and sustainment of AbCellera's Business Applications, partnering with business process owners, IT professionals, and cross-functional analysts to support the process and data needs across the organization.

**How you might spend your days**:

- Partnering with IT & business teams to design, implement, and integrate new capabilities and functionality within our Business Applications suite
- Embedding into cross-functional project teams as a technical expert to support the full lifecycle of software implementation
- Partnering with business data owners to investigate and remediate data quality issues; taking ownership for process and system improvements to prevent repeat events
- Planning, testing, and executing system updates to maintain system availability and enable new capabilities

**We'd love to hear from you if**:

- You have a proven ability to thrive in uncertain environments, a strong willingness to adapt to shifting project priorities, and a motivation to find innovative, creative, and right-sized solutions for business requirements
- You have 5+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Analyst, Software Developer, or in a related role, plus a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics)
- You have demonstrated technical experience configuring and maintaining SAP S4/HANA for Finance and/or Manufacturing; experience supporting and maintaining other SAP products, such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Signavio would be desirable
- You have significant experience working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment, including effectively communicating with stakeholders, setting clear and reasonable expectations, and working together to achieve progress
- You have experience evaluating, documenting, and testing business requirements against newly developed features and capabilities
- You have previous experience or an interest in the Biotechnology, Pharma, or Life Sciences industries; experience with or exposure to a GMP or SOX regulated organization would be an asset
- You have experience in one or more programming languages, preferably Python

**What we offer**:
AbCellera's hiring range for this role is CAD $77,800 - $97,200 annually, commensurate with your education and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we offer equity, annual bonus dependent on team and company performance, and a 6% (non-match) RRSP contribution.
