We have a great opportunity for a **Preowned Sales Manager** to join our team at the Waverley Auto Mall. As a Preowned Sakes Manager you will be responsible for used car department profitability and growing used car volume for one or more stores.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals and targets
- Ensure we always have the required amount and mix of used car inventory to achieve monthly used car sales target. Continuously work on finding suitable vehicles for the lot via Service Drive, Auctions, and Buy-Ins.
- Oversee appraisals of all potential vehicle trade-ins
- Conduct initial pricing and subsequent weekly price changes on all inventory in line with fair market value
- Ensure we have a timely, consistent and professional online presence by ensuring photos, descriptions and used vehicles listings in general are optimized
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure optimal reconditioning turn times
- Dispose of wholesale vehicles via online portals/Adesa while maximizing profits and minimizing losses
- Continuous Training with sales staff on selling best practices and inventory knowledge
- Proficient in UCD software, and able to show your team and sales managers best utilization practices

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years automotive experience, preferably in automotive sales
- Valid Driver’s License
- Detail Oriented
- Have strong organizational and prioritization skill with the ability to multi-task
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Be self-motivated with initiative and work under mínimal supervision
