**Essentials about the Role**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing Clients, including submetering/billing companies, utilities, municipalities, commercial property management and energy metering contractors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Clients on heat/cool BTU meters, water meters and related products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, system assessments, and consultations to determine the best solutions for Clients.
- Educate Clients on the functionality, advantages, and benefits of BTU and water metering Systems.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotes, and product presentations tailored to Client needs.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and achieve sales goals.
- Respond to Client inquiries, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions as needed.
- Provide post-sale support, ensuring proper installation, calibration, and operation of products in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Industry Certifications.
- Stay informed about new Industry developments, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in industry events to generate leads and increase Brand awareness.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Technical Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales role, preferably BTU/water meters, or similar industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of BTU/water meters, metering systems, and relevant technologies.
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems knowledge related to new/retrofit construction an asset.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site assessments, and industry events.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
