ReapAir Compressor Services is an Inter-Power Group division located in Burlington, Ontario. Specialized in Industrial Compressors and its components as well as service and maintenance, we provide compressed air solutions and peace of mind to our customers.Our team is currently looking for an energetic and results driven technical sales representative to help us grow our business within the Greater Toronto Area.The Technical sales representative represents the company and its values in front of customers. Herewith, this position is truly important.This position reports directly to the Vice-President Sales & Service. The candidate will be working in team with all departments in order to ensure customers’ satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a business plan to achieve and exceed objectivesPrepare sales proposals and conduct sales presentation for prospective customersDeveloping the market by actively prospecting for new sales opportunitiesDevelop an understanding of the customers' business needs and future requirementsNegotiate terms and review sales proposalsCommunicate on a daily basis with the sales coordinator, work as a team in order to respond to customer inquiries and expectations, keep software and customer’s data updatedCommunicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionAll duties that could be assigned in order to help the Sales team and attempt objectives.Qualifications+5 years of previous successful sales experience (business to business)Knowledge of industrial air compressors or technical related fieldMust have valid Driver's LicenseThe ideal candidate possess the following skills:Customer service orientedEnthusiastic and professionalExcellent communication abilityStrong organizational skillsNegotiation skillsGood listening skills & customers’ need anticipationSens of responsibilityProblem solving abilityProficiency in MS OfficeWhy work at ReapAir Compressor Services ?Be part of a dynamic and growing teamA bonus program for all employeesWork in an environment where health and safety is a priorityValues of teamwork, respect, transparency and customer satisfactionGroup insurance including life and disability insurance, 60% paid by the employerA RRSP program with employer match of up to 3% of base salaryA unique employee share ownership program (no investment required)Are you ready to take the challenge?
