Beamish Construction is looking for a team of dedicated, loyal, and hard-working individuals to fill the available roles on our Paving Crew in the Elliot Lake/Algoma Area.

Although training is available, experience in the construction industry will be considered an asset. All hires will be trained regardless of experience. These are full-time seasonal positions available with competitive wages and benefit packages, as well as ongoing equipment operators training and room for growth and advancement.

**We are looking for people to fill the following roles**:

- Roller Operator
- Tail Ender
- Rakers & General Laborers

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be willing to travel for work when required
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures: safety standards operations, maintenance, training, cleanliness standards, etc.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**
- Valid G license an asset
- Experience in the Construction Industry is an asset

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willing to travel to job sites with overnight stays when required
- Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental, Human Resources policies
