**Crew Member+Dough Maker**
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, Crew Member+Dough Maker, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available during all shifts, including evening and weekends. As a Crew Member+Dough Maker, your main responsibility will be preparing and making dough as per Topper's standards; Crew Member tasks will consist of preparing ingredients/toppings, making and cutting pizza as well as assisting customers at the front counter with their orders and pickups ensuring that brand standards are consistently met.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Pizzeria Crew Member+Dough Maker, you could be responsible for any or all duties that are outlined below depending on the shift you are scheduled for. Regardless of your shift, you will be responsible for:

- Making Dough as per Topper's Pizza Standards.
- Maintaining a fast speed of service, especially during rush times
- Receiving and/or taking orders from customers; in person, over the phone or
through skip the dishes
- Inputting customer orders in to Deliver Plus
- Calling customers to confirm orders or notify them of any shortages of toppings
- Dealing with customer questions and complaints
- Maintaining a professional manner at all times
- Consistently follow all pizzeria health and safety procedures
- wash down all table tops, walls, counters, windows, customer counter, as well as
all equipment
- sweep and mop the floors
- empty all garbage and recycling
- Make great pizzas
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma/GED
- Current student or enrolled in a post-secondary program/course
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting, ingredient measurements, cash
outs, etc.

**Working Conditions**:

- Capable of lifting 50lbs
- Able to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Able to operate kitchen equipment
- You will be required to interact with all team members, management, vendors and
our customers
