We are looking for a **Human Resources Generalist** to join our team.
**What We Do**
Waldale is the largest private manufacturer of license plates in North America, with 23 State and Provincial DMV purchasing 100% of their plates under contract (along with a variety of Caribbean countries). Waldale provides the most advanced, state of the art technologies, equipment, processes, software and customer service techniques available today.

**The Opportunity**
As Human Resources Generalist, you will be the prime HR contact for day-to-day tactical support to all phases of the employee cycle. Specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including requisition, recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Develop and deliver performance development programs, including workshop facilitation, coaching support, and performance management
- Support fair, equitable administration of Waldale’s total rewards programs
- Provide support to early, safe return to work and accommodation processes
- Facilitate and support navigation of complex employee relations matters, including investigation, complaint resolution, and risk mitigation
- Compile and analyze reporting on such areas as employee attrition, absenteeism, recruitment, etc.

**What You Bring**
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience; experience in manufacturing (an asset)
- Strong background in employee relations, disability management, and leader development
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport
- Demonstrated negotiation and diplomacy skills
- Ability to maintain and protect confidential information
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work irregular hours
