Inside Sales Lead

The position is responsible for overseeing branch operations including counter and inside sales, administrative support and overall facility supervision as well as supervising the branch teams’ performance to ensure that work is performed in a safe and efficient manner, develops effective work scheduling and vacation schedules as well as ensuring branch staffing requirements are addressed with HR and management.

This role’s main function is to provide back-up to the Branch Manager during his/her absence.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oldcastle, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 3 years (preferred)
- B2B Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Industrial Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Team Leader or Supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
