The Sales Team for SyBridge Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated **Inside Sales Representative** for our Mobility & Industrial Solutions Division. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential clients. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying sales opportunities, reaching out to leads through various channels, cold calling potential new clients, helping the current Account Executive and Global Key Accounts Managers on smaller deals from time to time and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Sales, this role will make a significant contribution to the overall pipeline and sales growth of the Mobility & Industrial Solutions group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations, presenting our products tailored to meet client needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations highlighting the value of our offerings.
- Organize and manage a dynamic sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Work closely with teams to align sales strategies and contribute to process improvement.
- Conduct timely follow-ups, address concerns, and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and potential for repeat business.
- Respond flexibly to changing market conditions and internal priorities, maintaining a proactive sales approach.
- Working closely with the AE and GKAM to help close on smaller deals from time to time.
- Organize and evaluate customer math data to ensure the customer understand the offers of the Sybridge portfolio and either assist the AE and GKAM or complete the sales independently which will be dela by deal dependent.
- Work closely with the estimating team to understand the cost model of all Sybridge offerings and provide direction to our customers base.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 + years of professional experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in injection mold manufacturing, injection molding, additive manufacturing, SLA and Epoxy prototype manufacturing for Urethane parts would be preferred however not required.
- Proven success in a sales role,.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product value propositions and build rapport with clients.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms.
- Solid abilities in Microsoft Excel with ability to create organized, well-constructed spreadsheets
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Injection mold manufacturing and tooling industry background is a must.
