The Marketing Manager has the overall responsibility to develop and maintain the brands across all targeted market segments.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Manages all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Oversees the company’s marketing budget.
- Develops and implements the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Leads the execution of the marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Responsible for the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Designs and maintains web sites, social media properties, etc.
- Manages and improves lead generation campaigns.
- Creates, maintains, and conducts analytics reporting across multiple platforms, monitors and reports on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analyzes potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Tracks marketing and advertising inventory ensuring appropriate quantities are maintained.
- Develops new trade show booths and manages trade show requirements, including setup and teardown.
- Promotes continuous improvement of work processes.
- Contributes to a positive work environment, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Maintains a high level of integrity and work ethic.
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of job.
- Maintains professionalism in all verbal and written communications.
- Maintains compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company policies and procedures.
- Supports the organization in other duties as needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS**

- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE_
- Advanced degree/diploma in marketing or related field; minimum 2 years relevant experience or equivalent combination preferred.
- Proficient in marketing software tools.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office/365 and ERP systems.
- Horticulture / Agriculture experience an asset.

Travel Requirements ~ 25%
Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
