The Watering Can in Vineland is a casual and tropical dining establishment surrounded by a lush floral paradise. We are dedicated to offering our guests a fresh and delightful dining experience. We are currently seeking a Barista to join our team. As a Barista at The Watering Can, you will play a vital role in crafting and serving exceptional coffee and beverages to our guests, enhancing their overall visit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to guests with precision and quality.
- Provide outstanding customer service, offering a warm and welcoming experience to all patrons.
- Collaborate with the pastry team and kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to create exceptional beverages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $16.55-$24.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
