Overview:

This position is for you We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Leader to deploy our digital strategies and support marketing directors.

**Responsibilities**:
Team management component:

- Collaborate in the development of departmental action plans with the marketing department
- Support employees under your responsibility and promote a motivating and pleasant work climate for the team
- Be responsible for the allocation of tasks within your team as well as the management of its members and ensure the quality of your team's work
- Ensure that employees under your responsibility adequately use the work tools made available to them

Digital consulting component:

- Develop digital marketing campaigns (360 degrees) with the aim of generating revenue and acquiring targeted customers
- Manage the deployment and performance of digital campaigns
- Define performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, analyze the results and present recommendations periodically
- Develop and maintain business relationships with external agencies
- Ensure respect for the brand image and the consistency of the messages disseminated by the company on the Web
- Ensure the integrity of the InnovMetric Group websites (quality assurance)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of work tools, practices and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, including several years in digital marketing
- Experience in a team management role
- Strong interpersonal skills and good team spirit
- Ample organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good analytical thinking as well as problem-solving and priority management skills
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)
- Mastery of the Office 365 suite and ease in learning new tools
