**Job Overview**

As we continue to innovate and expand, we are seeking a visionary **Director of Digital Marketing** to lead our marketing team and drive strategic initiatives that amplify our brand, accelerate customer acquisition, and contribute to our rapid growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning & Execution**: Develop and implement a bold, AI-driven marketing strategy aligned with Smart Capital Center's business objectives and growth targets.
- **Brand Positioning & Innovation**: Position Smart Capital Center as the industry leader in AI-powered CRE solutions by crafting, compelling brand narratives and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**: Leverage data analytics and AI tools to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive threats, keeping us at the forefront of fintech and real estate innovation.
- **Team Leadership**: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and agile work environment. Set clear KPIs, provide regular feedback, and encourage professional growth.
- **Multi-Channel Campaigns**: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, social, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize AI-powered analytics to monitor campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and continuously optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
- **Collaboration & Partnerships**: Work closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies. Establish and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
- **Innovation & Technology**: Stay ahead of emerging marketing technologies and AI tools, continuously exploring ways to enhance our marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally within fintech, proptech, AI, or high-growth tech companies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated success in scaling marketing efforts and driving business growth.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
