Rogue Bookkeeping is looking to add an intimidatingly skilled Operations Assistant to our team

Rogue Bookkeeping is 100% remote, however we do require our new team members to be within the province of British Columbia. This role will work closely with our CEO and will be expected to work in person 1-2 days/week.

- Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines

**The Job**:
We’re looking to add an operations guru to our team. This role is a new one for our team and will certainly grow and change overtime but to start with, you can equate it to “bookkeeper wrangler” and CEO’s right _and_ left hands.

This role will be responsible for managing our practice management software and will coordinate workloads with our bookkeepers, be aware of and manage looming deadlines, manage capacity and monitor for scope creep.

In this role, you must love to do research and wear a million different hats. You love that you don’t necessarily know what challenges each day might bring. You love taking an idea and running with it. Your organizational skills are exquisite and while you may not relish having to send several follow ups, you do enjoy catching up the CEO with a running play by play on everything that needs her attention (but you’ve already prioritized it and sent her a list too).

You love a good spreadsheet. When someone says compare and contrast you get a little giddy and immediately start plotting a spreadsheet and what features you want to compare. Tracking and measuring data month over month doesn’t make you cross-eyed.

The idea of helping our CEO achieve inbox zero doesn’t send you screaming for the hills.
