**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide information about menu items and specials to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Support banquet operations by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in serving, catering, or banquet operations is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work well within a team setting.
- Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage service.
