Equipment Leasing Administrator - Entry Level

What to expect in this role on a given day:
In this exciting role, you will bring strong organizational, data entry and customer service skills to ensure that everything is in order to successfully meet expectations of all aspects of equipment lease installations. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with customers to order equipment from selected vendor per contract
- Prepare required purchase orders & order letters
- Enter assets into lease management system & verify information to vendor supplied data and ensure contract compliance
- Work with customers to obtain approval to pay for equipment/invoices & prepare requests for payment once required documentation is received
- Prepare lease closing reports and documents including Certificate of Acceptance

You will be a good fit for this position if you:
The successful Equipment Lease Administrator will have a HS Diploma or equivalent, College degree in business or related field preferred. Your proficiency with Excel, strong mathematical aptitude & attention to detail will benefit you in this role as you are reviewing documents & invoices related to equipment leases. Knowledge of computer hardware terms & accounts payable related experience is a plus. In addition, you will bring with you:

- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Meet deadlines & handle multiple assignments
