**Job description**
Cloud9 Solutions is a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider that offers a broad range of IT Consulting, Managed IT, and Cloud services for organizations looking to source and implement IT solutions and IT services in their businesses or in the cloud. We are looking to add a Human Resources Administrator to the team.
This person will need to be very organized and be able to confidently deal with upper management, executive and decision-making contacts. In addition, this individual is expected to be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills along with existing experience in the human resources responsibilities.
**What you will be doing?**
- Drive the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, advertising roles, scheduling interviews, communicating with applicants and supporting hiring managers in assessing applicants.
- Facilitate orientations and onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Delivering the day to day HR activities including documentation involved in setting up new staff.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained accurately and that confidentiality is protected where required.
- Create and update HR-related reports, resources, and communications materials including handbooks, company policies, etc.
- Engage in employee relations and ensuring that company guidelines are administered in a fair, non-discriminatory manner.
- Develop new policies and procedures as well as reviewing and maintaining existing ones on an as needed basis Handling additional HR administrative projects as assigned
- Support culture and workplace activities, such as internal communications, staff engagement surveys, and our staff events and initiatives
- Use the right blend of professionalism and friendliness in all communications.
**Who are we looking for?**

- A resourceful problem-solver with a thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.

- Ability to work both autonomously and as a supportive team player.
- Flexible and able to shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Passionate and deliberate about creating an exceptional employee experience.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel.
**Experience**:
- Post-Secondary Education in HR, Business or related field
- 1 Year of HR Experience
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Langley, BC: reliably commute
License/Certification:
- Valid BC Driver's License **(required)**
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
