Paid Ads Specialist

You will be responsible for creating innovative ad content that captures attention, drives engagement, and leads to conversions, while continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with monthly budgets exceeding $50K.
- Develop creative and unique content strategies for ads, focusing on lead generation for insurance products.
- Craft engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content that resonates with our target audience.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options.
- Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to increase ROI, lower CPA, and scale campaigns efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in paid advertising, content creation, and insurance marketing.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns.
- Proven experience working with a $50K+ monthly ad spend.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, out-of-the-box ad content (copy, visuals, video, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking and reporting tools.
- Experience in insurance or financial services marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
