Currently looking for a full time PM kitchen shift lead to help with managing night service. We are looking for someone to help execute PM service with our chef. To help with keeping kitchen and food standards in line. Also will take the lead running the kitchen on the chefs days off.

We are looking for someone with prior kitchen experience in a professional environment. Must be able to work clean on line, set up and scrub down a section, and execute a fast paced service. We make as much as we can in house from scratch so the ability to perform prep tasks and follow recipes in a timely fashion is a must. Also, very importantly, you must be able to play well with others and be receptive to guidance. We try and keep a very harmonious, respectful kitchen so being kind to one another is a must.

Wage will be determined on experience and performance. Medical and dental benefits given to full time employees after a probation period is completed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
