JUKE is looking for THE person to help take our service team to the next level.

Since 2016, Juke is Vancouver's 1st Independent Fried Chicken restaurant. Our core values include, gracious hospitality, focus on team dynamics, excelling at excellent guest expereinces.

We are now looking to reinforce our team and grow our family by hiring a Takeout Captain to help Juke Fried Chicken step our game up even further. The position is an opportunity to step into a strong family team and grow with the company as the company looks to expand.

The position will mainly focus on the growth and business of Juke Fried Chicken and includes the following tasks and responsibilities but is not limited to this.
- Providing excellent guest service experiences
- Maintaining staff education, and setting new service standards
- Writing, Managing and Filling in gaps for Juke Take Out Schedule.
- Cash management included Cash Outs and Weekly Tip distribution
- POS Maintenance and updating of pricing and menus
- Delivery Apps Maintenance and updating of menus/photos/pricing
- Hiring and Training of new staff, ensure SOPs are met and guest satisfaction is ensured.
- Overseeing the training of new staff on all aspects of the position
- Keeping the training resources up to date with opening/closing duties, par levels, syllabus, allergies and SOPs
- Communicating with Bar/Kitchen and Ownership in order to ensure seamless communication from all areas regarding daily management of business.
