You should be able to learn relatively quickly and be fluid in the kitchen. Being organized, willing to learn and take instruction helps for sure. We are looking for someone who can see when a team member needs assistance and offer it, as well as understand the pacing of dinner service. We work together as a team to ensure the success of service.
**REQUIREMENTS**:

3 years minimum cooking experience within a professional kitchen

proper kitchen-safe shoes
