ROLE SUMMARY:
As the Beyond Beer Regional Sales Manager for the Atlantic Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales results, increasing market share and leading the strategy for Beyond Beer business in the Atlantic Region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced result-minded sales leader to join our growing company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver Beyond Beer Business Share, Volume, & Revenue Targets through Regional empowering & setting direction for Sales Force- Member of regional Leadership Steering Committee- Drive strategy within region (Key Accounts/Trade Marketing/Sales Intelligence/Sales Teams).- Analyze competitor activities, market developments, trends and assess business development opportunities.- Manage investment in region and optimize ROI.- Lead pricing architecture, index and tactical focuses- Own the Beyond Beer portfolio & sku rationalization for the Region- Lead routine BB team trainings, development, insights & Best Practice sharing.- In-market coaching of Sales Managers & Field Reps- Management & Ownership of Regional Tactical Budget ($)- Lead 1 Year Planning for BB business, while enabling regional priorities and connecting to National strategy
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years’ experience with on and off premise beverage sales, hospitality or CPG.- Experience leading teams using impact and influence- Related education in marketing, promotions, sales or business administration.- Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends and the competitive landscape.- Goal-driven with strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills.- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence situations and people.- Passionate and knowledgeable about craft sprits and our industry.- Naturally curious and inquisitive. You thrive in high-growth and fast-moving environments.- Creative problem solver, using informed intuition and insight to make decisions.
