Regional Sales Manager

Description We are looking for a bilingual (English/French) Regional Sales Manager based in either Halifax Nova Scotia or Moncton New Brunswick to join our team This role will encompass store level coverage throughout Atlantic Canada, while leading a small team of Regional Reps in the province of Quebec. What you’ll do in this role:Manages Atlantic Canada “do it yourself” retailers with an in-store seasonal merchandiser & Counselor team (Merchandiser & Counselors), along with the Quebec Regional team (Sales Managers) through infield store visits and regular communication with direct reports and stores to achieve company goalsFocuses efforts on sales and merchandising targetsManages the Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) program for optimal inventory and maximized shipments to drive growth within region.Builds strong relationships with key decision-makers internally and externally. Manages overall budget for territory and region.Leads talent management initiatives including recruitment,managing performance, coaching and developing others.Ensures safe work environment for all inline with company procedures and policiesMeets all administrative and compliance requirementsPerforms other assigned tasks as needed.What you will need to be successful:Bilingualism (verbal and written) is a mustStrong Leadership skills - previous supervisory/management experience is required.4-6 years of field sales experience, preferably in consumer products.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates strong sense of ownership and accountability, as well as is comfortable with taking initiative Proven history of achieving sales goals and objectivesExcellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).Strong knowledge of retailing activity, sales, and merchandising.Understanding of basic accounting/finance principles for budget management.Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.Valid driver’s licenseVENEZ GRANDIR AVEC NOUS, LÀ OÙ L'HERBE EST VRAIMENT PLUS VERTE Ce poste ne vous intéresse pas?
