Safety-Kleen **Breslau, ON** is looking for a **Shipping and Receiving Supervisor** to join their safety conscious team This supervisor will oversee daily operations and monitor performance and metrics as it relates to the expediting of receiving, blending and shipping materials, and ensuring safe and efficient work practices, organized department practices. Our Shipping and Receiving Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, and training of the department and staff within the facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Monitor facility and departmental performance, assist where needed;
- Coordinate department efforts with other groups (logistics, lab, operations, order entry, and maintenance);
- Maintain departmental compliance with quality program;
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and development of staff;
- Communicate and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports;
- Other duties as required.

**What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?**
- Previous experience in supervision required;
- Previous experience working in a plant atmosphere preferred;
- Experience within the Oil/ Chemical/ Industrial field considered an asset;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Mechanical skills and knowledge of tank farm processes preferred;
- Organizational and Problem solving skills.
